Kegel's Gasthaus – K4 – Upper Studio + Kitchen

Room 4 is above the kitchen, possibly over the oven or stove vent which made it very hot, humid and smelled like rich German foods. A second stand alone air conditioner was enough to cool the studio effectively and the restaurant was not open the second day of our stay so the food smell disappeared eventually. We had to empty the stand alone AC of water several times to keep up with the humidity from the kitchen below. Our stay was a Saturday and Sunday night. I would warn against staying during the week to avoid all of the rich smells and heat in the room. Overall a decent experience but I would not stay there again.
